Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information when you visit this site or get in touch.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Who We Are

Elbridge Ai is a Cardiff, UK-based company helping small and medium-sized businesses adopt AI. This policy covers the website at elbridge.ai and the "Get Started" enquiry form. For any privacy question, contact us at elliott.salmon@elbridge.ai or billy.bridgewater@elbridge.ai.

What We Collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through the Get Started form:

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or advertising pixels on this site. The only data processing that happens automatically is standard web server activity (like your browser type and IP address) captured by our hosting provider for security and spam prevention.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your free AI audit, and follow up about working together. We do not sell, rent or use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who We Share It With

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting and forms provider, acting as our data processor. We don't share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we aim to delete it within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, just email us using the address above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes To This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Last significant update: 16 September 2026.
